District Approval of Eagle Leadership Project

When you have your project completely planned, you have presented it to and had it approved by your troop committee, and all signatures are in place, contact Steve Walsh to make an appointment to have your project reviewed at the district level. Eagle Scout Board of Review

When you have completed all requirements to become an Eagle Scout, your Eagle Scout application has been verified by the Council Headquarters, and all reference letters have been received back to your unit, contact Mr. Earl Moorhouse.


Effective immediately, all Eagle Scout candidate reference letters will be included in the materials that go to council headquarters upon the successful completion of the Eagle Board of Review.

Eagle Scout Reference Letter

It is the responsibility of the Eagle Scout candidate to download the Eagle Scout Candidate Reference Letter and get it out to his reference sources. Reference sources must be adults 18 years of age or older. All reference letters should be returned to your designated unit leader and remain unopened until presented at your board of review.
