Reservations NOW ACCEPTING 2009-2010 WEEKEND CAMPING RESERVATIONS ONLINE! Weekend camping is available at both Cole Canoe Base and D-bar-A Scout Ranch. Before you make a reservations at either Cole Canoe Base or D-bar-A Scout Ranch (including Family Camp), check camp site availability and camp site fees for both camps. Making Reservations General Reservations | Special Group Reservations Reservations are made by Adult Leaders Only. Reservations must be in the name of the Registered Leader in camp. Reservation requests are accepted: 1. In person: Waterford Service Center Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m - 4:30 p.m. 2. By phone: Call (248) 338-0035, ext. 140 3. By mail: Download and complete the Weekend Camping Reservation Request Form. 4. Online: The online weekend camping request form accepts reservations requests 24 hours a day. All requests are processed the next business day (with the exception of holidays). Phone calls and online reservation requests are processed in the order we receive them.
